We offer accounts for all types of business in Washington State and would be happy to work with you. Below is a list of different business structures and the documentation you will need to have to open your business account with Industrial Credit Union:

Sole Proprietorship Account Requirements
  • SSN of the proprietor or EIN of the business
  • Washington State Business License
General Partnership Account Requirements
  • Washington State Business License
  • EIN of the business
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification for all business owners
Limited Partnership/Limited Liability Partnership Account Requirements
  • Washington State Business License
  • EIN of the business
  • Secretary of State Registration
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification for all business owners
Corporation Account Requirements
  • Washington State Business License
  • EIN of the business
  • Secretary of State Registration
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification for all business owners
Limited Liability Company Account Requirements
  • Washington State Business License
  • EIN of the business
  • Secretary of State Registration
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification for all business owners
Unincorporated Association
  • Meeting Minutes signed by the secretary or acting secretary, which specifically list the names and titles of those authorized to transact business at Industrial Credit Union
  • EIN of the business; if using EIN from parent company, then a Letter of Authority is required
  • 501c (required if non-profit) or Certificate of Tax Identification
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification of any individuals not listed on the account, who have significant control of the association
Non-Profit Sub Group Account Requirements
  • Letter of Authority
  • EIN Number of parent organization
  • 501c Form Granting Non-Profit Status or Secretary of State Certificate Showing Non-Profit Status
  • Social Security Number, address and identification of each account signer
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification of any individuals not listed on the account, who have significant control of the organization
Political Campaign Account Requirements
  • Federal Tax Identification Number -EIN or SSN
  • Registered and stamped Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) Form C1 or C3
  • Committee name on PDC must match the name on the campaign account
  • PDC form must list Industrial Credit Union
  • Social Security Number, address and copy of identification of account signer (Treasurer of Committee)
